@NewsAsset If would have been even better if @iTrustCapital was able to actually execute orders. I missed a great buying opportunity, 2 of them actually because one trade got stuck and then failed... and you can execute a second one while you're stuck waiting for the first! #ridiculous

Not ok... @iTrustCapital just caused me to miss a huge buying opportunity on $BTC because of site/system issue... how can you advertise the ability to trade inside an IRA when simple buys don't go through and prevent you from making others?

Seriously, @iTrustCapital this is the second time this happened... your trading/matching engine is stuck on a tiny trade for probably 10 minutes now and it's costing me a ton of money not being able to make multiple trades at once... how can people use an account like that??

@Maxwell32 @investvoyager If you’re ok with subpar service that ends up costing you money, that’s fine with me. Maybe you don’t have enough in to care about it, maybe you have so much that it doesn’t matter... but when someone else’s mistake costs me money, I don’t like it. Have a safe flight!

@smccoinpro @investvoyager Like you said, a crypto brokerage isn’t a bank. Now you’re comparing them. If I try to pull funds out of any of my brokerage accounts on a Saturday or Sunday and there is an issue, I can wait until Monday. Like I said, I’m reasonable and know how this works. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Can't do a $VGX withdrawal, support email isn't monitored, the site to submit a ticket doesn't work, I waited 20 hours to have a transaction rejected w/ a message to contact support but there basically is no way to do that... @investvoyager how do u expect to keep users this way?

@Maxwell32 @investvoyager For someone who isn’t a newbie... so far you’ve called @investvoyager a bank, which is isn’t... said they weren’t open... which they are, and then doubled back and said you’d expect to get basic customer service. Yeah, you sound like an #FNG to me.

@smccoinpro @investvoyager It is perfectly fine with me to wait until normal business hours to handle an issue. Because, well, that’s how it’s always been. I’ve been stock trading for 15 years. I have 5 brokerage accounts. Crypto 4 years. 4 brokerage/exchange accounts. I’m not a newbie to this world.

@Maxwell32 @investvoyager Go to your bank ATM right now... what would do if the screen said “pending, we’ll get back to you in 24 hours” .... then said you can’t have your money AND didn’t have anyone you could get in touch with. My guess is that if you have more than $6 in there, you’d be pretty pissed.

@smccoinpro @investvoyager I’ve been in crypto over 4 years. I’ve seen a lot of good and bad. This is a stupid expectation. Start calling the other crypto brokerages right now and let me know how far you get past basic customer service.

@Maxwell32 @investvoyager This isn’t forex, it’s crypto... and sure, automated things can be done, I agree, but when u tell someone to email an address that auto-replies that the email won’t be answered & gives a link to submit a ticket which doesn’t work... nope, sorry, you get put on blast for that.

I don’t think you’re cut out for this. @investvoyager isn’t a bank, #crypto markets don’t close, and my $VGX is going down in value right now while they screw up. Sounds like everything is open to me.

Can you withdraw funds? .... are the market prices of cryptocurrencies and tokens changing right now as you make an idiot of yourself?? Well yes, the markets are open, and so is Voyager.

@Maxwell32 @investvoyager A crypto brokerage isn't a bank... or an exchange... it's a brokerage... open for business 24x7 just like the crypto markets and when your app fails and/or the system doesn't work properly, it costs me money. Also... my ACTUAL bank... has 24x7 customer support. #sorry #tryagain

If you can't reach support via email, and the website won't let you submit a ticket... even when I'm trying to pick up more $VGX so I can be ready for the @investvoyager loyalty program... tell me, why would I continue to try to be loyal? #UpYourGame #WeExpectBetter

At first it doesn't ask for a login, then it does, then you authorize and account and you still can't log in... then you do log in and you can't even get to the submission page... this is some serious mickey mouse BS for a company this size!

Ok, now @investvoyager, you're starting to push my buttons... now my transaction was rejected after a 20 hour wait, an automated email says you won't be checking your support email address and your ticket submission page doesn't work... this is not a good look! (CC: @Ehrls15)

@sean_chertov @investvoyager We'll have to agree to disagree on that one, but either way, I should still be able to move it around without having to jump through ridiculous hoops and waste my time. What am I paying a nearly $15 withdrawal fee for to have something get rejected after a 20 hour wait??
