Whose genius idea was it to force the GoI to debate Op Sindoor in Parliament? Must’ve been someone with impressively low IQ. If you want to corner them, at least pick a topic where they’re vulnerable, like jobs, agriculture, infra issues, etc. Instead, you went for external security, arguably their strongest point, and ended up embarrassing yourselves by putting forward clownish arguments like “Why did the jets fire from farther away? Why didn’t they go deeper?” and then sat back and watched them effortlessly turn you into punchlines. An alliance whose glorious legacy is replying to India’s deadliest terror attacks with dossiers, inviting an alliance for argument, whose record includes crossing the border three times and hitting the enemy at home, for a debate by calling them weak is one of the biggest “digging your own grave” moments of recent times.
