Right now, Habbo is asking players what subjects need improvement to strengthen the game's foundations... For years, we have been calling out the questionable practices of customer support and the .FR staff And we know this issue isn’t limited to our hotel, but exists across several others as well 😶 A few years ago, a former staff member (CaracolDore) was involved in a real-life relationship with a player and granted them significant in-game privileges. The issue was swept under the rug. The current staff continues certain excesses, with no action taken by @Habbo headquarters 👻 Would you like us to show you a case where customer support claims that no rules are being broken, even when players are sharing real-life information in-game with the intent to initiate or continue harassment? At some point, @Habbo will have to stop burying its head in the sand and take this seriously. It’s absurd to ban players for talking about Discord (while Habbo actively promotes Discord in-game), yet ignore misconduct and harassment Would the company’s policy be the same if a player were to reveal the city (or even the address) of one of its employees on social media? I certainly hope not. So protect your players the same way you would protect your employees. Because without players… there are no employees 🤷♂️ #Habbo #HabboCollectibles
