Spent the morning at placement continuing with the up-cycling of the tyres to make seats! Exhausting work but I’m happy with how they’ve turned out! The next job will be to connect the 2 tyres together then they can be used in the mindfulness retreat 😁 #sustainable #ecotherapy

It’s hard to prioritise yourself, especially on a weekend away for a friends hen do, but I’m proud of the fact I stuck up for myself and didn’t bow down to peer pressure i had the holiday I wanted and that doesn’t inconvenience anyone else!! 🏖️☀️#sober #girlstrip

I'm not a fan of sensory rooms full of plastic tubes, lurid colours & electric humming, but blown away by this natural space created by 2 fab #OccupationalTherapy students I supervise. They made reclaimed wood table, mural of local flora & bugs, natural tactile board, tyre chair
