learned this after tearing my achilles during muay thai training
spent months focusing on heavy lifts but zero time on mobility work
now I do 10 minutes of tendon-specific exercises before every session
boring as hell but way better than being sidelined for 6 months

Everybody trains for muscle strength, nobody trains for tendon strength. This is why most career ending injuries are tendon/ligament based, not muscular.
Train your tendons with intention. It'll make you stronger, sturdier, more explosive, and physically capable
