Success will follow." Instead, they inherited a rigged system. Student debt has tripled since 2000. Housing prices are up 150% in just two decades. Entry-level jobs now demand 3+ years of experience, while wages barely moved since the 1990s. The result is brutal. Millennials became the most educated generation in history, yet also the most anxious, overworked, and underpaid. One in four has no savings. 62% live paycheck to paycheck. Nearly half say they feel burned out all the time. Gen Z watched this collapse in real time. That's why 70% prioritize mental health over money, and college enrollment is down 15% since 2010. Gen Z isn't lazy. They're adapting to a system that failed the generation before them.

Good conversation on Finals format - this is essentially showing the impact of the bracket reset. While we all agree the Winner’s Bracket team deserves an advantage, our position has been that having two lives in the Finals is too big of an edge and this data seems to reinforce that. WB teams winning 80% of the time entering the Finals can dampen the excitement: 1) The outcome seems predetermined and 2) during the match it's not as intense since it's not do-or-die for the WB team during a large portion of the match. Now should there be a bigger advantage for WB? Potentially (e.g., 1 map win). But we don’t think a bracket reset is the answer. Winning 4x as much (vs the 2nd best team no less) seems imbalanced and I’d argue that the now 60/40 split between winner of WB and LB is much healthier
