This week, DMCC was in London for the prestigious @CTBUH annual awards where Uptown Tower was nominated in the categories of Best Tall Building and Construction, following its recognition as a CTBUH Award of Excellence Winner for 2024. DMCC's Property Development Director Sana Farooq was joined by Robert Forest, founding partner of Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture @smithgillarch to give a detailed presentation in the Best Tall Building category to the global gathering of industry leaders and experts in tall building projects and urban development. Together, Sana and Robert showcased Uptown Tower's world-leading vision, cutting-edge design, architecture and sustainability features which were celebrated as a model for future high-rise developments.

It's official! 160 Front Street is LEED® Platinum Certified - a major achievement for a commercial office tower. In March, the building was awarded 83 points, above the required points for a Platinum rating. We congratulate the entire 160 Front Street team for this milestone!
