@smithhotels,Is it really your policy not to refund when a hotel cancels? It is hard for me to believe as I thought you were a great company? Just been told I can delay my booking. Please confirm as your phones are down. Other companies are not treating their customers like this!

And then there are other companies like @smithhotels who aren’t being at all supportive or helpful. We don’t want to cancel but merely re-arrange our break. We are small businesses and understand but you aren’t and clearly don’t 🤷‍♀️
