Day 1 of building Loomi to $10,000 MR
I quit my 9–5 to build an iOS app.
I thought writing the code would be the hardest part.
I couldn’t have been more wrong.
The app was the easy part.
The real challenge started after I hit “Publish.”
• Learning ASO from scratch
• Running Apple Search Ads & Google Ads
• Trying to crack TikTok and Instagram
• Creating content every single day
• Getting shadowbanned
• Burner accounts getting suspended
• Endless verification selfies
• Registering a business
• Waiting for my D-U-N-S number
• Apple Developer account headaches
• Rejections, setbacks, and starting over
No one tells you that being an indie developer means becoming a marketer, content creator, designer, support agent, and entrepreneur overnight.
So today I’m starting something new.

as long as you don't post the same type of videos you're fine
it happened to me that i posted a video for a niche on one account and then the same type of video (but different) on another one and then this last account got the 0 views problem
i don't really know why but tiktok knows it when you post same content different account

@kedytcom Same problem, i have been trying to migrate my membership to corporate/business but its been more than 3weeks. The website said it would take 1 business day. I got a reply few days back from apple support though - they said that have an unexpected large backlog of apps to review

Does it always take more 15 days to migrate my Apple developer account to organization?

My SaaS reached $8K MRR mainly through SEO. Traffic started growing exponentially after I created free tool pages. For example, if you sell weight-loss supplements, build: - A BMI calculator - A calorie deficit calculator - An ideal weight calculator These pages attract people already trying to solve the exact problem your product solves. That’s crazy hot traffic. Mine now bring in 1 new subscriber per day on average. Relying only on SEO is a bad idea. But SEO compounds, which is exactly why you should start as early as possible.

VPN does NOT work i've been trying to be located in the US to promote my apps and it's literally impossible tiktok, insta, youtube...they all have learned to understand vpn's and it just doesn't work i'm from a country where people barely pay for ads or they start the trial then cancel it's very hard to "trick" them as they do in the United States lol, europe is not very friendly to iOS apps according to google, there's a 61/39% ratio of android-iphone in the european union, so you tell me 😭 compared to a 58/41% in the states so save yourself some money (it cost me $15 for the monthly one) and make ads instead
