Sad news to report - former @DerbyshireCCC scorer John Brown died earlier today, aged 88. John was awarded an Honorary Life Membership by Derbyshire at the end of 2022 when he retired from the post he had held for 23 seasons - only Walter Piper (24 years) served for longer as club scorer. John's obituary is available now on the club website.
