Maple smoked chicken . So this was some tasty chicken, I seasoned with some mixed herbs and salt then smoked it using maple wood at around 160c direct until reading 70c on my @thermapen, it took on a lovely colour and was so juicy and flavourful! @kamadojoe @KamadoJoeUK
