Hi there! You’ll need to reach out to support@royalehigh.com they’ll be able to help get you unbanned. The devs worked more on that issue last night, so hopefully the update improves things! 💖 We also recommend opening eggs in smaller batches instead of saving a lot and opening them all at once.
