I had a car accident on December 12, 2025, in which a Jeep Wrangler crashed into my right front fender. In my case, the airbags did not deploy during the collision. The Wrangler was declared a total loss.
After the bodywork repair was completed, the service technicians wanted to replace the airbag control module. However, they forgot to deactivate it from service mode beforehand. When the technician picked up the module and turned it over, the car interpreted it as a rollover and deployed all the airbags.
After waiting more than 100 days, I finally received all the replacements except for the front airbags (driver’s and passenger’s) and the two head airbags in the second row.
Just like in your case, I had hoped that the insurance company would classify the car as a total loss. However, in my situation, the first claim covered only the bodywork repairs, while the second claim was handled separately and covered under the service center’s insurance policy. In total, the estimated damage from both incidents amounts to approximately €55,000.
I expect to be able to pick up the car next week and drive it normally and safely until Tesla’s bodywork partner receives the original new airbags.

I am reaching out to you directly as the CEO of Tesla because I have exhausted all other possible channels without receiving any meaningful answers.
Five months ago, I was involved in an accident (not my fault), and since then my Tesla Model 3 has been sitting in a service center in Warsaw (Auto Blak). At this point, all repairs have been completed except for one critical component - the passenger airbag.
Unfortunately, I have now been waiting five months for this single part, and there is still no delivery date.
Over these past months, I have made literally hundreds of phone calls to various Tesla service centers, including those in Poland and even the Netherlands, which supposedly supports the Polish market. Despite all these efforts, I keep hearing the same responses: “no one knows,” “there is no information,” and “we cannot provide any timeline.” This level of uncertainty is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a company of Tesla’s scale.
It is difficult to understand how Tesla - one of the most popular car brands in Europe, including Poland - is unable to supply such a critical safety component. What is even more frustrating is that it would take less time to order and receive a brand-new Tesla than to complete this repair. Waiting five months (and likely six or more) for a single airbag is simply unreasonable.
To make matters worse, this situation arguably should have been resolved differently from the beginning - the vehicle could have been declared a total loss, and the insurance company could have settled the claim within a month. Instead, I am now stuck in a prolonged and uncertain repair process that continues without any clear end.
As a customer, I feel completely stuck and ignored. For five months, I have been “bouncing off a wall,” receiving no concrete information, no timelines, and no accountability. I am honestly exhausted from hearing that “no one knows anything.”
I would greatly appreciate if you could help clarify:
What is causing such an extreme delay in the production or delivery of passenger airbags?
Is there any realistic timeline for fulfilling this order?
Is there anyone within Tesla who can take ownership of this case and provide a clear answer?
At this point, I am simply asking for transparency and a concrete timeline. The lack of information has been the most frustrating part of this entire experience.
I sincerely hope you can help bring clarity to this situation, I really loved my Tesla, and I want it back.

Since the Cybertruck is not available here in 🇪🇺 Europe, we have very limited options here.
A new S/X can be ordered online, but only pre-comfigured models - creme interior is practically impossible to get.

after this, I will shut up. just please:
put yourself in the shoes of a customer that:
- bought Model S/X in 2022/2023 (~$140k for a Plaid), or even 3/Y at ~$60-75k
- paid an additional $15k for FSD (12 ½ years worth of subscription at current pricing)
- doesn't have access to latest FSD versions because HW3 (missed cutoff point by a few months)
- can't justify upgrading to HW4 because they’re deeply underwater on their current car
- see $15k FSD purchase option drop by nearly half, even though Tesla said it was only going to get more expensive
- see a great deal on a Cybertruck with "Free FSD Transfer for loyal customers!" advertised right below the Order button. press "Order."
- aren’t chronically online, so miss Tesla quietly changing the terms retroactively
- show up (or are about to show up) for delivery in June only to be told “sorry, we’re not honoring that”
- then went online to figure out what happened… and got hit with “stop wanting things for free!”
these customers exist, and will never buy another Tesla again.

🍌 Repič bo na koncu tista banana, na kateri bo Golobu spodrsnilo. Naj razložim! Smodeja (Fotopub) tri leta lovijo, Picija pa zaradi lovljenja »pedofilov« ulovijo takoj. Golob se je z aretacijo Repiča ravnokar postavil ob vlogo domnevnega Epsteina in se z bazuko ustrelil v koleno. Ustvaril je največji katalizator teh volitev točno v trenutku, ko je to odločilno. In ni vrag, da ima Repič »masterplan«; gre namreč za daleč najbolj talentiranega komunikatorja, ki ima talent za internet kot kakšen »Mozart«. Naj razložim, kaj se dogaja.
Včasih je »omrežje« pomenilo tri tipe v usnjenih foteljih, ki so ob viskiju odločali, kaj bo jutri v časopisu. Poklical si urednika, stvar je izginila. Done. Danes? Danes je »omrežje« v paniki. Zakaj? Ker so trčili ob zid, ki se mu reče algoritem. Golob in njegova ekipa (alias »staro omrežje«) so pravkar spoznali, da njihove analogne metode – klici, pritiski, celo aretacije na letališču – ne delujejo na digitalni platformi. Mislili so, da bodo z aretacijo »nepridiprava« presekali kable. 😂 Namesto tega so samo povečali pasovno širino. Čisti amaterizem.
Ampak pazi, to je »masterclass«. Naša vrla oblast, z Golobom na čelu, je pravkar financirala najdražjo in najučinkovitejšo marketinško kampanjo v zgodovini Slovenije. Zastonj. Naredili so slovenskega Navalnega – ampak različico za TikTok generacijo. Sami sebe so postavili na isto raven z domnevnimi pedofili in si pripeli nalepko Epstein. Ta vlada brani »pedofile« … in preganja tiste, ki na to opozarjajo. Kar naenkrat so postali enaki njim. Represivni aparat. Pokvarjena oblast. S tarčo na čelu.
Če bi imeli v vladi strateški domet, daljši od zlate ribice, bi dojeli, da so pravkar padli v najbolj očiten »honey trap«. Aretacija? Hišna preiskava? Resno? S tem so mu samo dali potrdilo o kakovosti. Iz navadnega »vplivneža« so ustvarili mučenika sistema. Ustvarili so borca, ki bo na volitvah premikal do 10 %. To je čista matematika, ne politika. Ignoriraš ga = ostane lokalni klovn. Pošlješ nadenj represijo = postane ljudski heroj in glas »zatiranih«.
Kot da nihče ne bi vedel, kako sta nastali Kim Kardashian ali Paris Hilton. Oziroma kako nastajajo legende na internetu. S katalizatorjem. In katalizator je vedno »pizdarija«. Ukraden video, afera … engagement … Severina.
Genij Repič točno ve, kaj dela. Vse je vnaprej zrežirano, oblast pa pleše po njegovih notah kot marionete v slabi lutkovni predstavi. Mi, ki zadeve poznamo, pa predstavo gledamo in se čudimo genialnosti na eni strani in neumnosti na drugi. Če bi se podeljevali oskarji, za spletno komunikacijo vemo, kdo bi jih pobral vsaj 7. To je čista poezija. Vivaldijevi 4 letni časi.
Do volitev 2026 bo imel ta »borec« vsaj 300.000 sledilcev, Golob pa bo iskal tistih izgubljenih 5 % - 10%, ki so pravkar odkorakali stran, ker ne marajo, da se policija igra z youtuberji, še manj pa marajo, da politika stoji za nečednimi dejanji domnevnega nadlegovanja mladostnikov. In prostor bo odprt. Na široko!
Včasih se vprašam, ali nam vladajo ljudje, ki niso gledali filma, kjer na koncu »bad guy« zmaguje ravno zato, ker ga »good guys« jemljejo preveč resno. Mislim, da poznam odgovor. 🍿📉🇸🇮
Še nekaj: vplivnežem sledilci zaupajo 7x bolj kot klasičnim medijem. Pri nakupih 69% bolj kot medijem. Vplivneži so filtri popačenih informacij.
