🎉 Last week, the team from @univcadiz, in partnership with @tekeando, @SaveChildrenAn, and @yosoyzonasur, successfully conducted their second showcase in Jerez to return the study to the young people. The first one was in Seville!

On 27-28 Feb, Charlie Moreno, representing @TallinnTech , shared insights at Tallinn University's conference on democracy and education. He highlighted the SMOOTH project and emphasized the importance of democratic citizenship education 📝 . #Education #SMOOTHproject

In March, Judith von der Heyde & @Sylvia_Jaede will present results from their case study at @dgfe_2024 on "Community and Solidarity in Times of Crisis? Educational Commons as a Perspective on Social-Pedagogical Approaches to Inequalities" +info: buff.ly/3wzvI0c.

On Feb 17, the team from @univcadiz and @ceainjerez held a workshop in #Jerez as part of their case study. It was a 6-hour workshop inspired by "Decalogue of Prints" where participants worked with illustrations to reflect on their own footprints and Akhere's story from Nigeria.

The @NOVAunl team presented at the XXXI AFIRSE PORTUGAL COLLOQUIUM 2024 in Lisbon. They discussed the use of illustrated albums with 2nd-grade primary school children to promote rights, equity, and diversity. Their insights were based on a case study from the #SMOOTHproject

Exciting update! 🎉 The @univcadiz team is returning the study to the youth! Thanks to @tekeando @SaveChildrenAn @yosoyzonasur, the results of the first and second rounds were showcased at an exhibition in Seville on February 8th. The next one will be on Jerez. Stay tuned!

💡@Toms12Catarina and @carolina_oio_ai from @NOVAunl recently delivered a presentation at the V CICSE in Braga, Portugal. Their focus was on the "Intersection of Voices: Children and Teachers as Commoners" and emphasized the concept of child and youth work as commons

Continuing with the @Inclusion4scho1 International Conference, Elena Viseri & Angeliki Botonaki from @uth_gr highlighted the significance of the core values of #educationalcommons in preschool. Their captivating presentation still resonates

The @UMinho_Oficial team accomplished a crucial task: returning the study to the children. On the Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the community participated in a musical session and signed a booklet that captured their involvement in the #SMOOTHproject✨

Last week, Florian Eßer and @Sylvia_Jaede, from @UniOsnabrueck presented at @TU_Dortmund for the Social Pedagogical Colloquium. They focused on "Child and youth work as commons. Revisiting social pedagogical professionalisation" based on their experience in the #SMOOTHproject.
