I know someone who works at a risk management firm who told me that influence ops he'd witnessed in other countries looked something like: go after the most popular elected officials critical of XYZ, make them look hypocritical or fake among their own base, neutralize whichever elected officials voters might actually organize around. Bots, TikToks, rage-bait. The sudden social media surge behind certain presidential candidates in fall 2024 -- and their equally sudden disappearance the morning after Election Day -- is worth sitting with.

I thought this was a joke man I had to see it for myself.

So apparently Jared Kushner made the decision to remove JD Vance from the negotiation team and replace him with this moron. In early January the dude literally wrote an op-ed advocating for this stupid war and every single prediction he made about how things would go turned out 100% wrong. THIS is the guy they are bringing in to “help” with the negotiations. Unbelievable.

Politicians serving in our government should have allegiance to only one country, and that is the United States of America. If they don’t, they need to get out of our government.
