Been building something wild lately — gave an AI agent full control of a real brokerage account and told it to figure out trading on its own. No paper money, actual dollars. It picks its own stocks, decides when to buy and sell, sets its own stop losses, and the craziest part — it rewrites its own strategy based on what's working. Started with 27 tiny positions and on its own decided to consolidate down to 5 concentrated bets. Today I built a dashboard so anyone can watch the whole thing play out live. Every dollar, every trade, every loss. Nothing hidden. You can even submit suggestions to change how it trades. Is this a good idea? Honestly no clue. But it's live and it's real. trading.snagra.com

@LikeREcom Spot on. A stale listing often just needs a visual refresh, not a price cut. Fresh photos and staging can completely change the first impression. We built getbetterlisted.com to help agents do exactly that — upgrade listing photos fast with AI staging and enhancement.

If your listing didn’t sell the first time… it might not be the price 🏡 A reset can make all the difference—fresh photos, better staging, and a strategy that actually connects. Sometimes a relaunch is all it takes to bring new eyes back. New look. New opportunity. 💯

Love this framing — "is it right for YOU" is the only question that actually matters. Spring market definitely brings more competition but also more motivated buyers. For sellers prepping right now, the biggest edge is making their listing stand out in those first 5 seconds online. Great photos and a solid first impression go a long way.

Great location and price point for a downtown condo! Quick tip — instead of asking people to DM for photos, try adding more high-quality images directly to your listing. Buyers scroll fast, and the more great photos they see upfront, the more showings you'll book. That skyline view alone could be a huge draw if it's in the listing photos.

Beautiful kitchen shot! The lighting really makes those countertops pop, and the red bar stools add a great pop of color. So many agents underestimate how much a well-shot kitchen photo drives clicks on a listing — kitchens and bathrooms are the #1 thing buyers look at first online.

@OSaile1 Ha, you forgot part-time photographer and part-time interior designer! Spring market is wild but there's nothing like helping someone find their dream home. The hustle is real but so is the reward.

Nobody tells you that “realtor” is just a fancy word for: 📞 Part therapist 🚗 Part Uber driver 📋 Part detective ☕ Full-time coffee addict And in the spring market? We multiply all of that by 10. Worth it every single time. 🏡 What do you think realtors actually do all day?

@GlendoraRealEs Solid list! I'd add one more — invest in quality listing photos. Homes with professional-quality photos sell significantly faster. Kitchens and bathrooms especially need to pop in the images since that's where buyers look first online.

@YouCallNikkiYet Love the dining room focus! It's one of the most overlooked spaces in staging. Buyers want to picture hosting family dinners there. One tip I'd add — natural light in the photos makes a huge difference too. Bright, airy shots make the space feel so much bigger.

@DewarRealty 100% agree Greg — staging makes such a huge difference in how buyers perceive value. One thing I'd add: making sure the listing photos truly do justice to that staging work is just as critical. Great staging paired with great photos = faster sale every time.

@Pinnacle3D Aspiration, hands down. Buyers need to picture themselves living there — not just see rooms. Warm lighting, decluttered spaces, and a sense of "home" do way more than showing square footage. The best listing photos sell a lifestyle, not just a property.

Love those listing photos — great lighting on the exterior shots especially! Open houses go so much smoother when the online photos match the in-person experience. If you ever want to level up photos even more between shoots, check out getbetterlisted.com — it uses AI to enhance listing photos quickly (sky replacement, lighting fixes, virtual staging). Good luck with the open house today!

So true Amy — I'd add bad listing photos to that list too! Overpricing gets attention but poor photos lose buyers before they even read the details. We built getbetterlisted.com specifically to help solo agents fix lighting, enhance rooms, and even do virtual staging with AI. It's a quick win that pairs perfectly with the curb appeal work you're talking about.

We built getbetterlisted.com to help agents enhance their property photos with AI — better lighting, sky replacement, even virtual staging — so every listing looks its best from the first click.

Great checklist Roberto! One thing I'd add — don't overlook the listing photos. They're the first impression buyers get online, and staging only goes so far if the photos don't pop. We built getbetterlisted.com to help agents quickly enhance their listing photos with AI so they look professional without the big photography budget.

First impressions really do start online now — most buyers scroll through photos before they ever visit. Staging is step one, but making sure the photos capture that staging well is just as critical. Bright lighting, clean colors, and sharp details turn a staged room into a scroll-stopper. We built getbetterlisted.com to help agents enhance their listing photos with AI so the online first impression matches the in-person one. Great tips, Donna!

Congrats on the first open house — and getting interest right away is a great sign! One thing that really helps new listings stand out early is making sure the photos pop online before people even walk through the door. We built getbetterlisted.com to help agents enhance their listing photos with AI so they look professional without needing a big budget. Could be a nice tool to have in your toolkit as you build your business!

100% agree — the kitchen is the hero shot for most Toronto listings. Clean HDR with accurate color is so important because buyers can tell instantly when photos feel over-processed. For agents who don't always have a pro photographer on call, we built getbetterlisted.com to help them enhance their own listing photos with AI — fixes lighting, boosts colors, and keeps things true-to-life so the photos build trust just like these.
