@snapmaker just got your u1… and didn’t work! This usb connector was never soldered properly. The tabs were not inserted in the holes and the circuit snapped probably in transit. I opened a service ticket (not exactly friendly…) and ordered a new part. Hopefully you will expedite and refund the part!
