According to reports, her former domestic worker took Anele to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), alleging unfair dismissal. The matter was resolved through a settlement in which she agreed to pay R90,000. While neither party has publicly disclosed every detail of the dispute, cases like this typically revolve around issues such as termination procedures, contracts, and workplace expectations. A few years go, Anele won over hearts when she gifted Florence with a car for her birthday, sighting that she had almost become "like family." Later, she announced the decision to promote Florence into a key role within her business, as a personal assistant and wardrobe assistant in Mdoda’s production company, Rose And Oaks Media, after she was initially hired as a nanny. Anele often spoken publicly about her appreciation for her staff, describing them as hardworking and loyal, sharing a glimpses of their relationship on social media, international holiday trips and getaways. She was praised for “upskilling” domestic workers and opening doors beyond traditional roles. The contrast between the CCMA case and Flo’s career progression paints a complex picture. Closing a 17yr chapter in JHB, back home to Greytown, KZN. Lost my sister in June. Accepted a role in DBN to be closer to Mom, but I learned that heartbreak can kill you. Buried Mom in March, 4 days to my birthday. I’m home. I’m at peace❤️‍🩹. I get to live in the village again😍

@CityPowerJhb @JHBWater I’ve done all of that , it doesn’t help. I’ve had 3 inspectors on site already. They come, look at the issue, and leave, promising to send a technician… and nothing ever happens. This is beyond frustrating… its a safety risk as well!

A electricity box is exposed and not closing. This is a serious safety risk. We’ve logged multiple calls with COJ, but nothing has been done. The same goes for a water leak that’s been ignored. Really disheartening to see such a lack of service delivery.@CityPowerJhb @JHBWater
