I'm turning 22 and I still call my father 'Baba' no matter the situation. But imo, I do see her still young in some dialogue and actions
But point is; you can't go around immediately assume that person is underage just from how they call their parents

I do think there should be a chance where she could heal herself a little bit or dodge, but thinking again, she is quite literally overwhelmed by the sword, vision itself and not to mention the exhaustion after her attack
