Healing from depression For over a year, the person closest to me has been suffering from depression, and for the past few months I've been fighting depression myself. I wanna share a bit of my experience with you, in the hope of helping some of you coping with this situation🧵

- Skiing is infinitely cooler and funnier than snowboarding - From friends experience, skating doesn't necessarily transaltes well to snowboarding with legs connected and stuck - If it's a one time thig, rent everything - If you plan to ski more, still rent for the first times you'll ski and when you'll feel more confortable/if you actually enjoy it then buy some skis - Buy jacket, gloves, snow pants, mask/glasses - Wear a fucking helmet o7

when going on a ski trip what should I buy and what should I rent? first time skiier here also should i ski or snowboard - snowboarding looks more fun (i used to skate does it translate well?)
