All this to say, I’ve been a mix of so many emotions - sad, relieved, hopeful, devastated. But I realized that life is too short for me to keep holding grudges. Lots of introspection over the past couple of years, but especially the last few weeks. Feels like progress.

CW: family death Flurry of emotions recently, with the passing of my grandma (who raised me in lieu of my mom) last week & flying back for the funeral, reconnecting & mending bridges with my dad, from whom I was estranged for the past 10+ years. I’m mentally drained.
