Now today, the hackers are posting on my channel again. Why can they get into my account and I can’t. @TeamYouTube this is actually ridiculous. You’re sending me the same emails that I have continuously shown doesn’t work. I’ve provided my IP address so why can’t I log in? Help!

I managed to recover my account and get my YouTube channel back on Friday after getting hacked. But I couldn’t manage my google account or YouTube channel because Google didn’t recognise my device. The @YouTube support team said to wait 2 weeks and I should gain access. (1/2)
