@snugsofa shocking service, ordered a sofa in Nov for delivery today, #ordernotapprovedfordelivery not one ounce of customer service for £3k sofa!!!! And not been told until I contacted for update… guess what no sofa for Xmas wonderful

@snugsofa we have had 2 failed deliveries of our sofa bed (due to no fault of our own) and I have sent 2 emails but no reply 😡 Please can someone get in touch or you can explain to my guests as to why they will be sleeping on the floor!!

@snugsofa I have sent 2 emails regarding the absolute disaster surrounding the delivery of my sofa bed & haven’t heard back. I deliberately ordered this product to ensure I had it well in advance of Christmas and expect this to be resolved asap. Not good customer service!!!

Where's our SNUG?? Ordered, deposit paid and delivery promised today hence old one picked up on time by British Heart Foundation. No @snugsofa delivered. No record of delivery ??!? Had to chase to obtain an update. Now probably Thursday #nosnuggles with #snugsofa tonight !!!
