This is crazy, and the impact would be devastating! About 20 years ago a new Tesco opened in my town, it was close to the River Bann. The area had a lot of feral cats, not long after building started, the cats all just disappeared, Tesco were blamed for rounding them up and killing them. It did not take long until the predictable happened, and their site was totally over-run with the rats from the river, the whole town suffered from the problem, this is what happens when you mess with the order of things!

Here, RFK, Jr. clearly and blatantly misinterprets a study funded by NIH. It is such a dangerous move for him to be in charge of Health and Human Services if he cannot properly read and interpret information from that field.
