Two of my reports were adopted by @PACE_News today—strengthening the fight against violence against women. The Istanbul Convention saves lives, but treaties do not implement themselves. We need full enforcement—and we must defeat disinformation. And on consent, the truth is simple: laws must change, but culture must change with them.
