A "protest" doesn't involve committing crimes (e.g. vandalism, theft, battery, etc.), and is protected by the Constitution. If you're throwing things and breaking stuff, you're rioting, not protesting. We need to stop conflating "protest" and "riot", they are not the same.

The number of people who seem incapable of managing their mute status on large conference calls is too high. This is a basic business skill in 2021. If I have one more call where someone can't get their line un-muted, I may legitimately flip.

@SoDakDoogie My depression and anxiety were significant enough at one point that I knew, concretely, that I needed help. That period, over a decade ago, was transformative. I stopped caring what other people think and I just march to my own beat…

The weirdest part for me, is that even though I have been getting treatment for this, I often second guess myself, thinking that I maybe don’t have any issue because I didn’t get help until just a few years ago. Not sure if others have similar thoughts…
