BS, she checked her rear view mirror. At that moment the M/C cop was 3 deep behind her. She was fully aware of what was happening in front of her, hence her ability in a split second, to break, serve into the breakdown lane. The M/C cop had moved into the breakdown lane, 3cars behind her. No lights, no siren, Moving faster than the posted speed. He is at fault. His actions nearly did not allow a driver to avoid and collision nearly cost himself great bodily injury. But if you noticed, as she began her collision avoidance, she checked her side mirror, saw the officer… She did not break, causing the officer to rear end her, she stayed in motion giving the officer a buffer zone.

If you watch the video, you see her checking her mirrors. Her attempt to avoid a collision with the blue Tesla in front of her, forced a quick reaction to change into the empty right lane. And it was empty at the moment just before her need to move into it. The motorcycle cop came up from 3car lengths behind, in that lane. He was the one not paying attention to the traffic in front of him.
