At this point I think I am done with @MTNNG Fibre X I subscribe 100k every month And for 2 days now My Router has been out of network The customer care is telling me same grammar everyday "I will escalate it" And they are not even responding to my messages anymore At this point I am tired of this shit and it is really affecting my work/productivity My subscription expires on Friday I can't be paying 100k for myself and 50k for my siblings monthly and my complaints won't be attended to @MTNNG If you aren't going to rectify this today I am uninstalling this my router And also my siblings that I am subbing their fiber And I am going back to my starlink All my 2 years of starlink I have never experienced this.
