Quick testnet update. Several users reported their transactions were stuck on "Confirming" in the XENEA Wallet, even though the chain confirmed them in seconds. Cause: RPC rate limit hit — wallet backend couldn't crawl block data. Fix: IP restriction removed. Resolved. This is exactly why we run testnets. Find it now, fix it now.
