I rather OSRS have a 5 minute logout timer than set the precedent that the only way a skill can be considered "AFK" is if you can ignore the game for upwards of 15 minutes at a time. Praying Jagex ignores feedback like this. Starmining is already kind of absurd, lets not make the entire concept of skilling weaker by establishing future metas around interacting even less with Runescape.
