life update: i did indeed move across the country for uni! classes started this week and it's already so crazy. but I have finally managed to get internet that can open genshin and HSR (sometimes) but goodbye to my grinding days 😭

I do make time to write my ongoing fic and I try to sleep as well (....well) but hopefully things will calm down soon! I miss being here and staying on top of the hkv and rtrn ao3 tags aughh can't believe how many fics I'm missing out on!!!

i'm stuck in a 34 hour train ride with dismal internet but this has given me time to write a bit. so i'm working on the haikaveh fake hanahaki au and doing smt i've rarely seen before: involving kirara in haikaveh shenanigans!

they must also be such a striking and handsome duo that anyone would be a bit awestruck seeing their heads bent together in easy companionship... literally a set of lovebirds aughghgh so sweet

it's so nice that someone like sethos, who has no preconceived notions about haikaveh doesn't mention how loudly they bicker or how they seem to have a 'complicated' relationship. instead he is struck by their quiet intimacy in public places and has perhaps never seen them apart

@pencanze beautiful prose with lots of sensory imagery which makes it so lively! It's so cool how the descriptions and imagery are full of character and therefore fun to read instead of just being things that stand between reader and plot. i really admire it ^_^

@viiparyas and in a situation where both kaveh and alhaitham are in a crisis... there's no way kaveh would prioritise himself... so in a way alhaitham has a better chance of surviving if kaveh is with him, and kaveh might be more motivated to survive if alhaitham's survival depends on him

@viiparyas however alhaitham is also likely to get involved in finding a way to stop the situation or resolve it by preserving his resources and health and finding the best way to resolve the issue at the core instead of trying to save individual people. this might mean he will lack support
