@bradley0507 @soleeloquy It was bouncing on the goal line at the very least, which is why it’s a big difference.
English

Amazing how many people don’t know the basics of football.. crossbar and in has and always will be classed as an on target shot.
If it hit the crossbar and stayed in play then and only then it’s off target.

Patrick Dorgu with a wonderful header to give Manchester United the lead! And that's a 21st Premier League assist for Bruno Fernandes 🫡
English

@Lex_Z07 @JakeAGriff It’s not yours or my decision that’s why the dubious goals panel is there for
English

@soleeloquy @JakeAGriff It's confirmed as an assist already
Nothing to change again
English

@Lex_Z07 @JakeAGriff You can’t tell it’s going in from the angle behind the goal keeper. Anyways let’s see what comes off the fall out
English

@soleeloquy @JakeAGriff If d ball was coming out after hitting d crossbar..but this one was already going in after hitting d bar. ..so this is classified as a save dat entered...like u play shot hit keeper and e catch am enter post that's not an own goal

@MiningGiant1982 @TheFootyFeed He probably didn’t watch the game and jumping on something he saw on X
English

@TheFootyFeed The footy feed account knowing nothing about footy 🤣
Who wants to explain the offside rule to this single digit IQ imbecile?

@eugeniosacasa @CFCUnderdogs @CFC_dennoh UEFA and premier league rules differ on this. In prem if it hits your arm but off another part of your body it’s not a penalty.
English

@CFCUnderdogs @CFC_dennoh I'm pretty sure the PSG -Bayern game had a similar penalty call where it hit body to band. It was given because the hand wasn't in a natural position. At least you would agree the reffs are not consistent with this rule.
English

Anthony Taylor mate, He can't keep on escaping with this.
We are clearly getting robbed. Look at the penalties that were awarded in the UCL match between Arsenal and Atletico.
I swear we've been robbed close to 3 penalties in the first half. x.com/footballHTtttt…
English

@OnlyUtd82 @BBCMOTD Not for this sort of intervention. VAR have to check events leading to goal. Fouls, offsides, handballs etc
English

@BBCMOTD It has to be “clear and obvious” for VAR to intervene. If they have to watch it more than 2 or 3 times for numerous angles, then it’s not clear and obvious. You move on. Shearer talks about “rules and laws of the game” but he’s missing the fundamental one which governs VAR
English

@theEpicGooner Inquest has to made made into Noorgard signing if Arteta refuses to use him now. He has played less than 70mins of premier league football. Likes of Skelly have rarely played too. Right now all blame is in managers direction and correctly so
English

Simeone said in post match that they noticed the fatigue amongst Arsenal players and changed their game plan. It’s not excuse, but the context is there. Add injuries to 4-5 first team players for majority of the season. Now, see where we are - still competing for PL/UCL.
Sky Sports Premier League@SkySportsPL
Arsenal have the top five players in terms of league minutes played this season out of all the Champions League semi-finalists 🪫👀
English

@gunnerking_14 How many goals have City conceded recently? Arsenal fans love lazy analysis
English

Since when did people forget that goal difference is an accumulation of goals scored minus the ones conceded?
The conversation on this topic seems to centre so much on the scoring only part.
Defensively, we are better than City and probably less likely to concede but next to nothing is being made of that in the general discourse surrounding the goal difference factor….
Seems strange 🤷🏽♂️

"This title's going to come down to goal difference, and you've WASTED 90 minutes winning 1-0!" 🤯 @markgoldbridge's brutal assessment of Mikel Arteta's approach this late into the season! #AFC
English

@Afc_Sakzi All this is copium. If we don’t win the league that’s the biggest bottle job in prem history
English

@sidramatics @blaccmajek Because Federer could beat Djokovic in 2010 doesn’t mean it happens again 2019. Things change teams get figured out teams need to evolve. Lazy binary analysis. Meanwhile the fact is if Havertz had played well as a Xhaka replacement early in that season we would have won league
English

@blaccmajek Yea…6 months of that in midfield. Infact, we played our strongest football since Arteta with Havertz moved to CF second half of that season. We comfortably won 14 out of 15 games in a row
