TURBO SOL pool updates: - SOL deposit limit increased to 200k - USDC deposit limit increased to 4M

Borrows in the TURBO SOL pool have been reenabled. Borrows were temporarily disabled out of an abundance of caution due to the decline in liquidity and the exploit of Ethereum-based lending protocol Euler.

Risk parameters are being reevaluated given the decline in liquidity. Borrows will be reenabled as soon as possible.

USDC deposit limits in the TURBO SOL pool have been updated to the following: User deposit limit: 400k Reserve deposit limit: 2M

USDC deposit limits in the TURBO SOL pool have been updated to the following: User deposit limit: 240k Reserve deposit limit: 1.2M

soBTC open LTV and close LTV in Kamino USDH pool will be set to 0 in 24hrs.

Borrow APRs in the Stable, Coin98, and Kamino pools have been set to 0%.

SRM open LTV, close LTV, and liquidation penalty will be set to 0.

Main Pool SLND open LTV, close LTV, and liquidation penalty will be set to 0.

USDH close LTV has been updated to 0

Deposits and borrows have been disabled for FTT. FTT Open LTV has been reduced to 0%; this does not affect existing positions.

Solend will be running an origination fee waiver for the next 72H! Borrow in Main pool without any origination fees.

.@coin98_wallet rewards in the Coin98 pool will be changed to the following at 10/21 UTC 8:00. Deposit stablecoins from @HedgeLabs, @HubbleProtocol, @UXDProtocol, and @gopartyparrot to earn C98 tokens! These rewards will be distributed over the course of 1 month.

LTVs for RAY and ORCA will be reduced to 35% and 0% respectively on 11/22, 0:00 UTC. These changes minimize longtail risk for Main pool, and will be revisited in the future. This only affects fresh borrows against RAY and ORCA as collateral, after the stipulated date.

@donbalitor Which is why they are in isolated pools. Fallout of any situation is limited to an isolated set of users and tvl.

SLND, ORCA, RAY and SRM deposits and borrows in Main pool have been temporarily disabled. Solend will conduct a full risk evaluation, before slowly enabling these assets again on the platform.
