This weekend was a tough one for my family. My 11 year old crashed while mountain biking and suffered serious injuries. He is recovering now and will eventually be OK. While it was terrifying, I also noticed how people rushed to his and our sides to help.

Anyone with chronic pain/illness knows some days are a no bones day. Where every part of your body hurts and nothing helps. #chronicpainisreal ##NoBonesDay
