A5: We are the first division in the state of Virginia to ratify a Collective Bargaining agreement with four units including teachers, instructional assistants, food and nutrition workers and our care and safety associates. We will see if this really makes an impact. #suptchat

#suptchat A2: in Richmond Public Schools we continue to cultivate and grow our Richmond Teacher Residency (RTR) program! This year we have added our Instructional Assistant to teaching pathway. We have also added many cohorts supporting our teacher leaders in becoming coaches.
