@katylcowan @creativeboom I’ve used slower periods in my brand design world to create my own art. I probably wouldn’t have done it without having some extra time. I love the freedom of exploring and creating prints and textiles 😍

@katylcowan @creativeboom Its a difficult one isn’t it to stay motivated especially when you work on your own. I find treating myself to a nice coffee and meeting another creative works wonders. And trying not to be hard on yourself when you need a break. Looking to nature works too 😍

Just showing my cat my designs and thankfully he likes them! The first batch of my teatowels are here and I’m so happy with them. Big shout out to anyone starting out building a collection when you’re a small business. Can’t wait to build on my collection. Hope you like them 😍

@klstudio_ Have a savoury breakfast. Have fruit after meals not in between to stop glucose spikes. Don’t do lots of cardio, focus on resistance training. I’ve been doing this for the last few months and it really helps. Still reach for chocolate though sometimes but don’t crave wheat/sugar

To those who exercise a bit - seriously how do you avoid getting back from a gym class and not wanting to smash a Warburtons Extra Thick toasty loaf? I feel it’s cancelling it out..🤔

@katylcowan @creativeboom I think if you can work out who you want to work with then that’s a good start. Find out where they might be in-person and online so your language resonates and your common interests add value. It’s not easy but nice to find likeminded people along the way 😍
