I can’t say for sure but there was a time that I tried to show a patient that it wouldn’t cut you by putting it on my arm and I didn’t realize there was a dry piece of fiberglass stuck to the blade and that ended up cutting me. If people are using it right and making sure the blade is clean it shouldn’t cut but this shows there’s still a chance it can
