exactly. i've seen a concerning amount of "feminists" call for superiority and not equality. equality is what your great grandmas fought for. they wanted voting rights. not voting rights where women's opinions mattered more. just voting rights.

@erykistired Content warnings are always optional but I'd say people would appreciate it if it applies to them so I would err on the side of including it since it doesn't hurt anyone if it isn't relevant for them but it can harm people who need if it's absent

my therapist told me, "stop assuming people are mad at you. Stop attempting to read people's minds. stop trying to manage the thoughts and emotions of others. let people be in charge of themselves. if they have something to say to you they will and if they don't it is their responsibility not yours. overthinking kills happiness" and that hit me like a brick.
