@2ftg1 Sounds like the last internal stage (step attenuator) ist damaged. Whereby this can also be deceptive. Had a similar behavior with an old Anritsu VNA. Continuously -20 dB. It also looked like a defective step attenuator. But it was a defective mixer before.
