@CincyKidsRad @SIIM_Tweets I had a couple of Penn engineering undergrads some years ago who found a program called "Mouse Odometer. It recorded the distance you moved a mouse. We used it to compare two different PACS. The difference was large and correlated with perceived user effort.

Don't forget to check out the #SIIM20 posters! Our poster evaluates the correlation between mouse-clicks in PACS and study TAT. More importantly, our team found that there was a 5x (!) difference in the number of mouse-clicks between radiologists as the read radiographs.
