AN INTERESTING ANALOGY.. Why the Sun geometrically resembles with laddu? Because that is the only geometrical shape which can withhold such a tremendous form of energy, we can see this energy being utilized by the great minds like Chhota Bheem with great precision.

It's true that helping one person may not change the world, but it might change the world for that one person!

When someone's in pain, just LISTEN to them. Don't try to find a solution for them. Don't tell them 'how they should be feeling'. That's not your space. Just validate how they're feeling. Human beings want to be seen and heard.

Proactively feed your mind. Consume only the content that positively feeds your mind. You can read/meditate/listen to podcasts/watch educational or inspiring videos for 5-10 mins everyday. It is very important to feed your mind well. (4/5)

It's okay to talk about your feelings to your friends or family. But there is always a limit to how much they can help you. This is the reason why professionals such as therapists and counselors spend years perfecting their skills and dedicating their time to you. (4/4)

Imagine a world where it was normal to see a therapist. People would talk about their problems and feelings. People would be much happier in general. They would have no shame in admitting that they are seeing someone. (3/4)
