Yes. That's me. I've had the @atherenergy for about 5 years now and it has been a blast! I've pre-booked nearly every model Ather has launched till date but never went through to actually finishing the purchase because I felt my 1st Gen 450 still had so much to offer!

As of now company completed a decade and till now they dont know how to fix these kind of issues. It's ridiculous, need to act against this. Enough time we need to visit ECs for repair works. Poor quality and service

If they stop subscription, then they need to ensure spares will be available at reasonable rates and that too in local markets.
