@Se_Railway Yet not Greenwich despite the fact that the vast majority of Blackheath trains now route to Cannon Street not Charing Cross at vast inconvenience to us all!

@Se_Railway Why are there no trains from Blackheath to London Bridge on Saturday? I can see there’s engineering work at CX but, as we know, our trains now go to Cannon Street so why are our trains diverted to Victoria.? I see Greenwich line is going into Lbg. Feels vindictive

@sootee_art Hi Sue, as mentioned it was necessary to reduce the volume of trains through the area as a result of the engineering work taking place. ^NM

🚧 Engineering work Sat 12 & Sun 13 August. Lines at #CharingCross & #WaterlooEast, #NewCross & #StJohns are closed all weekend and trains will be diverted to alternative stations. On Sunday, work also affects services at #CannonStreet More info: bit.ly/3O2nqnM

@sootee_art Hi Sue, you can change at Peckham Rye for London Bridge to connect with the 09.24 - 08.26 from Blackheath. This is because of engineering work in the area and the need to reduce the number of trains in that part of the network. ^NM

The UK certainly knows how to put on a funeral. It's a shame that the same level of care, attention + effort doesn't go into maintaining the NHS, feeding the poor, housing the vulnerable, educating the young, helping the old, taxing the rich + powerful or investing in the future.
