I've seen a lot of chat about a study that’s supposedly the FIRST to test period product absorbency with actual blood. I thought 'that's wild', so did some digging, and discovered more than I bargained for. Video linked below, feat. The Tampon Task force, the Syngina, and the 80s

um? I assumed those commercials used water because they couldn’t show blood but it’s really because no one…thought to test actual blood?

Book 46 In Memoriam by Alice Winn I'm struggling to sum this up. The story of love in the face of the unspeakable horrors of the First World War. Yes it's a queer love story but it is well worth everyone's time Thank you for the recommendation @sophsnotes
