@yogkalayogi I generally don't courier package but I ordered an smartphone of INR 52K thrice and it got cancelled automatically after arriving BlueDart warehouse,I checked the reviews of that store and all were negative. So that's why I came to know about Blue Dart. Avoid it

‘Forgot to put the parcel in the vehicle’ is apparently a valid delivery update at Blue Dart now. My package was supposed to arrive on 25th May. On 26th May, the delivery guy calls and says they forgot to load it, so I should come to the office and collect it myself. So what exactly are customers paying delivery charges for? Emotional support? Then I go to the office, and after calling the delivery guy, the staff realises the parcel is actually already in the vehicle. Instead of apologising for the delay, the response I get is:
“Kal rakhwa dunga… aap ek ghanta wait karlo wo yahin aa raha hai…dekhte hain.” When I said I’ll file a complaint:
“Kardo complaint, parcel to jab aayega tab hi aayega.” Late delivery is frustrating. But the arrogance, zero accountability, and complete disrespect towards customers is what’s shocking here. I literally started feeling unsafe at their office with that guy with his ‘Gunda behaviour’ I came back and called the delivery person again and asked him if he is delivering. He said - madam mai is road par hu dusri delivery ke liye, aapko parcel chahiye ho to yahan se le jao… I needed that parcel urgently so I had no choice i went there on a random road and collected my parcel. This is customers begging for the service they already paid for. @BlueDart_ @ujjain_live
