Does anyone even manually code write projects in dioxus? All projects I've seen built with Dioxus are vibecoded. Is anyone even reading what these frameworks are about anymore? I ask someone why they using wasm instead of js and they've got no good answer.

@RoadsOfMumbai Might be a surprise, but Delhi Metro now does have company name + station name even inside the metro & on the voice announcement system. A big downgrade for sure.

3/ although I got luck here, but usually in text-heavy dark UIs, perf problems often don't show in JS profiling at all.
The frame budget gets eaten by rasterizing offscreen content and cross element layout recalculation.
Don't blame the framework. Profile the right thing.

1/ Big W today. Took a Next.js app from 42fps -> 57.5fps while scrolling aggressively, with near-zero dropped frames.
Rendering time: ~1700ms → ~470ms (fkin 72% reduction)
It's not always the framework or framer. As much as you might hate doing it, go check your CSS.

The app:dense dark themed masonry style note tool. Lots of text, borders, shadows, overlapping panels.
JS profiling looked fine& Scripting was reasonable. The real cost was GPU text rasterization, Chrome burning frame time,compositing and repainting text it didn't need to touch.

I built this thing called Clicky. It's an AI teacher that lives as a buddy next to your cursor. It can see your screen, talk to you, and even point at stuff, kinda like having a real teacher next to you. I've been using it the past few days to learn Davinci Resolve, 10/10.
