@johnlewishelp wow! You post out an item with a KNOWN fault, then you send someone else's used toilet seat as a replacement (same fault!) WITH the other customers personal information!!! And you can even be bothered to call when you say you will....

@sosatsuma You’re auto enrolled. You can opt out if you take less than £10,000 p/a (including postage!). After that amount you can no longer opt out but the fee drops to 12%. It’s under the ads option in settings x
