It’s time to push back on those Marxist narratives. One way to do that is to hit the road and SHOW them our beautiful country & historic sites.   Plus, when families put down their phones & take a road trip, the bonding starts & priceless memories are formed. So celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a great American road trip.

Fantastic interview with the founder of Metabolic Psychiatry, @ShebaniMD. At 27 minutes, discussion of a patient in the #KetoDietTrial for bipolar and schizophrenia, an engineer with a diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder. After 4 months on a ketogenic intervention: - significant reduction in visceral fat and BMI - reduction in auditory hallucinations - reduction in paranoia - increased ability to fend off negative thoughts which improved professional life. Any psychiatrist who wants to improve the lives of their patients should watch this video.

If it weren't for the work of physician-scientists like @ShebaniMD, my son would still be battling bipolar illness. Instead, he is thriving, with zero symptoms.
