Brunson was obviously targeting Harden every single possession but Harden wasn’t TERRIBLE defensively. Brunson was just in a zone. That was a shotmaking clinic and it wouldn’t have mattered who was guarding him.
Atkinson deserves wayyy more blame for not sending two and forcing any other Knick to beat them, letting Harden over-dribble while Mitchell is off the ball, and not using his TOs.

Of all the Embiid trade proposals you’ll hear, this is the most realistic.
Nets don’t control their 2027 first-rounder. They have no incentive to be bad but also no chance at contention. That’s the perfect Embiid team. And they have young, cheap contracts for the next few years

Lot of people questioning why the Warriors would do this, and I get it. But what else is GS supposed to do?
They are star hunting to try to compete in the final years of Curry’s career. They’ve already tried to trade for LeBron, KD, PG, Lauri, Kawhi, and Giannis in the last couple of years. Embiid could be their backup plan.
