Ogni anno versa milioni di euro in opere di carità senza contare il mantenimento di orfanotrofi, ospedali, scuole e istituzioni caritatevoli. Il Vaticano non ha miliardi, fino al 2023 è sempre stato in perdita.

Nessuna nazione, nessuna società e nessun ordine internazionale può dirsi giusto e umano se misura il proprio successo unicamente con il potere e la prosperità, trascurando coloro che vivono ai margini. Di fatto, l’amore di Cristo per i più piccoli e dimenticati ci impone di rifiutare ogni forma di egoismo che lascia che i poveri e i vulnerabili rimangano invisibili.

It is finished” did not mean “you never need to repent again.” As Catholics, we go to confession because we take sin seriously, actually fight against it, are truly contrite, and believe repentance is ongoing in how we live our lives. Meanwhile, a Protestant like Taco will himself ridicule confession, but will publicly promote gooning on Trent Horn’s show. Protestants mock contrite and repentant Catholics who go to confession because their theology has reduced repentance to a mental acknowledgment where people can keep sinning with zero real contrition or accountability so long as they reassure themselves they are “saved.”

@Pontifex Does the pope ever quote the actual Bible? I don’t follow him closely because Jesus was quite clear the Lord is our high priest and intercessor. Still, I’ve yet to see the pope use actual scripture in these messages.

Quello che omette: la comunità cristiana (oggi circa 30% della popolazione), un tempo maggioranza in Libano, ha subito un forte calo a causa dell'emigrazione determinata da persecuzioni, discriminazioni e crescente fragilità.

@MatthewDePra @realCarola2Hope Protestants are lukeworm Christians that believe they can judge everyone. The catholic church is the only church of christ that after 2000 years it still proclaims the gospel of PEACE, not the gospel of bombs.

@realCarola2Hope It's not hate for the sake of hate. It's hate for the sake of fighting against a false version of Christianity. We want to see people get saved out of this dark and twisted version of the church. Again, the Reformation happened for a reason.

The amount of anti-Catholic hate flooding my mentions, and those of fellow Catholics, is something I’ve never seen before. Pure hate for the sake of hate. But here’s the one thing we Catholics don’t do: we don’t play the victim. Never have. Never will.

As a Protestant I don’t think I’ve ever spent so much of my time defending the Pope… But this is pretty outrageous! Donald Trump just told the world that Pope Leo made a statement that: “Iran can have a nuclear weapon”. He didn’t. That’s a blatant lie.

Over 30% of Muslims IN BRITAIN said that leaving Islam should be punishable by death, let alone in other countries. That number is 86% in Egypt.
